We recognize that scheduling conflicts and unforeseen circumstances can arise. The following cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all parties while maintaining the integrity and quality of our educational environment.

1. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Purchase (Prior to 14-Day Cutoff)

Participants may cancel their enrollment for a full refund if the cancellation is made within seven (7) calendar days of the original registration date and at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled training start date.

2. Cancellations After 7 Days

Cancellations made more than seven (7) days after purchase, or within 7 days of purchase but fewer than 14 days before the training, are eligible for the following options:

Transfer Credit: You may apply your full payment toward a future training date.

Partial Refund: If you choose not to reschedule, you may cancel and receive a 50% refund of your enrollment fee.

3. Cancellations Within 14 Days of Training Start Date

Cancellations or transfers made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled start date are subject to the following terms:

Transfer: You may transfer to a future training date subject to a $150 transfer fee.

Cancellation: No refunds will be issued. Cancellations made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your full enrollment fee.

4. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that your instructor must cancel a scheduled training for any reason, you will have the option to:

Transfer your enrollment to a future training date, or

Receive a full refund.

We will notify you as promptly as possible should a cancellation occur.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may occur. If you experience extenuating circumstances that impact your ability to attend, please contact us directly. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
