Caitlin Perry

 LMT, Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Caitlin Perry is a licensed massage therapist and Chinese Medicine practitioner with over nine years of clinical experience, specializing in abdominal-centered bodywork. She has completed more than 800 hours of training through the Elements of Healing School of Massage and Chinese Medicine, including advanced coursework in Traditional Chinese Medicine, anatomy-focused bodywork, and holistic massage modalities.

Abdominal therapy has been a central focus of Caitlin’s work from the beginning of her training. Through consistent practice and firsthand experience, she has seen how this work supports a wide range of concerns, including digestive discomfort, structural imbalances, menstrual regulation, fertility, post-surgical recovery, pain relief, and stress-related conditions. Caitlin has also completed three of the four core Visceral Manipulation courses through the Barral Institute, bringing an advanced understanding of organ and connective tissue relationships into both her treatments and her teaching.

As a practitioner, Caitlin blends multiple modalities — including East Asian bodywork, Shiatsu, visceral manipulation, acupressure, Swedish and sports massage, energy work, assisted stretching, and supportive movement techniques inspired by Qi Gong and Tai Chi — tailoring every session to the individual needs of her clients. Her approach integrates Eastern philosophy with modern anatomy, emphasizing assessment, safety, and the body’s innate ability to restore balance.

In addition to her clinical work, Caitlin is an approved NCBTMB continuing education provider. She teaches abdominal massage to licensed massage therapists, offering hands-on courses that focus on safe technique, proper pressure, and clinical reasoning. Her teaching style is clear, grounded, and practical; students frequently note that she makes complex concepts approachable without oversimplifying.

Caitlin’s path as a bodyworker and educator is guided by her commitment to compassionate, individualized care, helping both clients and students experience the transformative power of abdominal-centered therapy.

Hannah Pfeil

RMT, CLC

Hannah is a massage therapist specializing in Ayurvedic medicine and lifestyle. A mother of four daughters, she combines professional training with lived experience to create a safe and supportive space for healing.

After completing her postpartum doula training at the Ayurveda Center of Vermont in 2022, Hannah returned to study Abhyanga—a traditional Ayurvedic massage that uses warm herbal oils and rhythmic strokes to enhance circulation, reset the nervous system, and nourish all layers of tissue. Deeply beneficial for postpartum recovery and supportive at every stage of life, Abhyanga has become the foundation of her work. At Core Connections, Hannah is honored to share this practice with both new mothers, and anyone seeking grounding, balance, and renewal.

Her background as a postpartum doula, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), placenta encapsulation specialist, and community herbalist adds depth to her approach, offering a holistic perspective to her work. When not with clients, Hannah is most often outdoors—by a river, on a mountain trail, or in her Vermont yard, life-schooling with her children and spending time with their family pup.
