Appointment Cancellation Agreement
Please cancel any appointments with as much notice as possible so that I can try to fill the space. Any appointments cancelled within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a fee of:
$30 for a 60 minute session
$45 for a 90 minute session
*You will not be charged if you are able to fill this spot yourself (i.e.- a friend or family member can take your place), or if I have someone on my waitlist for that time.
No shows or cancellations within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full price of the treatment.
Exceptions-
Illness- Please cancel if you are acutely ill (respiratory virus, stomach bug, etc…). I will not charge for a late cancellation due to illness UNLESS you have known that you were sick for a while leading up to your appointment, or miss your appointment without communication.
Going into labor- We will not charge for late cancellations or missed appointments if you have gone into labor, but please do your best to inform me of your circumstances.
Other emergencies- Please inform me as soon as possible if there is a life circumstance that will prevent you from making it to your appointment. We will deal with these situations on a case by case basis.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so through the link in your confirmation email, or on your massagebook profile.
Rescheduling within the 36 hour window will be subject to the same fee system as cancellations. If you are able to fill the spot, if I can fill it through my waitlist, or if you meet any of the exceptions, the fee will be waived.

We do our best to reschedule all members within a month but cannot guarantee.
Unused Credits
Unused credits will last for one year before expiring. They can be used for yourself or gifted to family or friends. Please try to use these credits within a timely manner so not too many accrue. If a member accrues 5 credits, your membership will be terminated but you will still be able to use or gift those credits to be used within the year.
Refunds
Refunds will not be offered for membership payments. You may use or gift the unused credits.
Membership Cancellation
Your membership can be cancelled at any time, but please try to cancel within two weeks of your next automatic payment. To cancel, email me at coreconnectionsvt@gmail.com.
Re-joining- You may only JOIN the membership once per year. So if you join and then cancel a few months later, you cannot rejoin within the same year. Exceptions may be made for extended travel, but please note that massage credits can accrue for one year, and may be gifted to friends or family members to use within that year as well.
